Why Twin Harbors Exists
Twin Harbors Technology Solutions was built in Hoquiam around a practical idea: businesses should not have to lose productive hours chasing IT support or decoding technical answers. Technology should help people work, serve customers, and grow without becoming a constant source of uncertainty.
Led by CEO and Owner Jim Thrall, a Microsoft Certified Professional, our layered team brings more than 53 years of combined experience to that responsibility. We pair deep technical knowledge with clear communication, responsive service, and a focus on how each technology decision affects the business behind it.
Our local presence includes a brick-and-mortar technology center in Hoquiam. That keeps us connected to the businesses and communities of Grays Harbor County, the Olympic Peninsula, and the broader Pacific Northwest while giving clients access to professional managed IT capabilities and a wider technical network.
